We suggest that the best way to reheat a cooked turkey is to carve it first. Here is a great video on YouTube showing the best way to carve a Turkey:
Arrange the sliced turkey in the pan provided, cover with foil, and place in 325° oven for 30-40 minutes checking with a meat thermometer that the turkey is reheated to 165°. If you want to reheat the whole turkey, place in a 325° oven for 45- 50 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°. *Note: Due to the cooking process, your pit-smoked turkey will have slightly pink color.
Reheat whole hams at 325° for approximately 15 minutes per pound, basting frequently. Remove your ham from the oven at an internal temperature of 135°.Download PDF
